It is just a DOGgone shame that this thread of incredibly good will from our Alpha Dog turned into a series of completely unnecessary outbursts.

I am taking no sides. I would tend to agree with Recon at this point, and hope that this thread gets a heavy dose of post editing at this point. Regardless of anyone's merit in the debate that happened, as a sticky topic, this thread has become one that nobody should be proud of at this point.

If good people disagree, just take the emotional parts of the debate offline. As CO reminded us, if something has been posted that is inflammatory, hit the little report button on that post.
