scrappy Junk Yard Dog Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 2,885	the chopweiler has a differtial heat treat that makes it super tough. I think sr101 is about the best edge rention out there. I have had only good experiences and I know it lasts longer than my sr77 and carbon V knives
