Wow. I never thought about that with plates and steak knives before. I used my Cultie several times as a steak knife and now it's dull as an eraser. Hmmmm.

When we first got married 17 yrs ago, my wife bought a snazzy GLASS cutting board. LOL She refused to get rid of it for years. Burned thru a terrible set of serrated nastyness $20/block set of knives and then I chucked it.
