How about this hypothetical. I got 50,000 dollars laying around doing nothing, I am a keen collector investor willing to take a risk and double my money possibly. I wait for the release announcement, Place my order for 1000 knives. There is no limit right. Only 1200 were made, so I corner the market on these highly sought after blades. If you were one of the 200 who also got to order your good, or someone else scarfed up the other 200. So now 2 people control the market for these knives. So now if you want one instead of paying $69.95 for one you will have to go through me or my partner and pay $149.99. I am not against a free market and someone making some money. But I think there does need to be some kind of limit on the number any one individual can buy at one time.
