I have had problems with UPS and done " fairly well" with USPS. Plus- one wants to make sure you have more than adequate insuranse on parcel so you get full value back. Fed Ex is more expensive- but a much better courier <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />.
