This is a truly tragic event. My prayers go out to the families of those killed.

It was not an "Assault Weapon" from what I heard. He had 2 9mm semi-auto pistols and possibly body armor of some sort. VA has pretty good CCW laws but apparently most college campuses ban CCW. If just one person had been carrying this might not have had the body count that it did. The Dems will probably use this as ammo to ban "Assault Weapons" even though one was not used. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />
