I think the black and orange combination does look very nice, though. I don't know exactly what the reason is for rule 10, but there it is.

Hmm, if I remember correctly, it wasn't a modified image, but an image that was not supposed to be public that someone hacked from Dan's photo account. The digital rule was implemented to prevent claims of copyright infringement. Kinda like movie or book publishers will not look at scripts or manuscripts that are not requested. Otherwise the creator can say they showed them the idea and then two years later used the idea without crediting or compensating them for their work. It's basically a CYA type thing.
