Sheepsfoot would be a mistake I think.

Feet don't sell well traditionally and while Scrap Yard is NOT a traditional knife I don't think it would sell well at all.
The "Sus-Scrotum" was a bomb for Busse knife.

A novelty if you would. Even sold in every conceivable color combination and it sold like a snail. A year later they were still selling the Pumpkin version.

Drop Point followed by Clip point are the number 1 and 2 selling shapes for fixed blade knifes sold worldwide.

For a Stainless 154CM to sell enough to make it worth producing I believe a traditional style like most every other Scrap Yard Knife would make a manufacturing decission realistic.
