My uncle had his lock punched out on his Super Duty and they took a Kimber 1911. I drive a Super Duty and have been ok but I have covered parking behind my house. If someone is back there I have larger problems.

I do wonder if there is a way to beef up the locks. I personally think my toolbox might be more safe. There isn't an alarm on that though. It easily has 3500 dollars worth of hand tools in it. Now, I wonder if there is a way to make that any more secure now that I'm thinking about it.

There is a product called the "Jimi Jammer" that keeps the lock from being punched out or pryed to where they can open the door. Gonna pick one up monday, and have a new door handle assy. on order.
