Mine came dull as well. I tried stropping it to get a better edge but even after several passes it was still reluctant to shave arm hair. After a few of passes on the belt sander it was good to. Like Ishikawa said, you were going to have to learn to sharpen it eventual.

This was my first venture into INFI and INFI $. I was more disappointed in finding out that there were gaps in the handle after I had placed my order. That is where I expect more from a $200 knife. I eventually expected to see rust forming in the gaps and working its way under the handle. Fortunately INFI seems to be fairly rust resistant so I don't think it is going to create a problem.

However, with that in mind and me not knowing if I could use such a thick knife reselling the knife was a real possibility and I know sharpening it might bring down the value some. So I was a little hesitant to do it at first but I didn't want to give up on the knife before I put it through its paces and in order to do that I needed to sharpen it. It seems to do just fine now. It cuts fairly well for such a thick blade and I rather like it. I don't know if it does enough for me to keep it seeing as it is a $200 knife and more often than not a $15 knife will work. Time will tell. The nice thing is that the bussekin seem to hold their value if not appreciate so if I do decide to sell it off I shouldn't lose out.

I'd suggest you cut them a little slack on the communication as well. I don't know if it was mentioned here but on the Swamp Rat forum and Blade Forum it was mentioned that they would be taking a bit of a break after the show. They are supposed to be back up and running today though.
