I listen mostly to alternative, classic rock, hard rock and metal, with metal being my favorite category, although my favorite band, Primus is not metal. Some of the other bands I like a lot are Slipknot, Alice in Chains, Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Korn, Megadeth, Metalicca, Mudvayne, Pantera, Pink Floyd and Queens of the Stone Age to name a few.
I will listen occasionally to music in genre not mentioned above, but for the most part those are the categories that I listen to.
