Even now when I decide I want to listen to something it still sounds nice to my untrained ears. And I was single then so had money to blow. I DO remember the speakers cost me $800.00 for the pair in the base exchange back then. Oh I also got a Nakamichi CD player. All in all I think I paid about $4K for it, but it could have been 3. I've slept since then so I don't remember.
