Those who harm children are the worst individuals out there. I would not spare anything in dealing with these low lifes, I will leave it there.

I have done my best to train both of my boys in personal protection measures effective for their size and age. Their Karate instructor has been very helpful in this regard. I spar with them weekly and focus on teaching them the difference between the level of violence one might use on a school yard versus the level of violence to ptotect ones life. Its a difficult thing to communicate to boys who are 9 and 11. I discuss mindset and awareness with them frequenly.

I spar with my wife and run through various drills with her. She has come along way over the past few years.
