Thanks for the greetings everyone!

Ok, so I tried it. If you use gutted paracord, it's possible to get it into the sheath, but the sheath becomes very separated. I haven't quite decided what to do with it (sorry about the bad phone pictures):

Congratulations and welcome to the forums.

What are the knife laws like over there, can you get the larger knives shipped to you as well? I know the Danes on here are having problems with that.

Knife laws are better here than in Denmark (Denmark is crazy, a guy there once got convicted for keeping a box cutter in the back of his van.)
The only knives you legally can't import here are the regular, so called "dangerous" knives, like switchblades and balisongs. Big knives and swords are legal to bring into the country, as far as the law goes. I have heard of very rare cases of peoples deliveries being delayed in customs, but only where the customs officers themselves were unaware of exactly how the law applies. If you know the laws properly, it won't be a problem.
Welcome Dr.& congrats on the Vore score.
Nice wrap.
You can also hold the part of the sheath you want to heat up over the stove burner.Hold the mouth of the sheath over the burner till it gets soft, then insert the vore & press them between some foam,or towels if you don't have foam pads.
I use the stove for flairing the mouth & forming the thumb ramp after the sheath has set/hardened in the press.(can't stand the noise of a hair drier/heat gun,but they do work. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />)
My press is 2 pieces of foam glued to 2x8s.
I just stand on them till the kydex cools enough that it won't deform when I handle it.(1-2 mins.)
Hope that helps.
