Even at a 1/4" it should slice really well if its thinned out in the main grind. I personally like the look at feel of the basic handles better. The mudders are comfy but lack of a palm swell alwwts made the akward feeling at the same time IMO. I would have prefered it in 3/16"s though. Today is a good day for me.
