I am sure that there are many reasons folks keep coming back. Here are just a few that I thought of "Off the cuff"

1. We KNOW Dan will deliver, maybe not in the time frame HE wants (he did say hopefully) for a multitude of reasons, reasons that he DOES NOT have to inform us of, but often times does.

2. The Quality is there, some of if not THE toughest knives out there.

3. The Warranty is unsurpassed.

4. Dan Cares for his customers, treating us more like extended family members than just customers.

5. He actually interacts with us, listening to us and providing, or at least trying to provide what we want.

Dan shows a loyalty to us and we in turn return that loyalty.
