Stacey - I have not found any trace of wild hogs on my property, but they have been a problem a few miles from here. Maybe only a matter of time - new hunting opportunities! The armadillos now provide occasional target practice for my Ruger P89, along with possums and raccoons. GF - anytime I take my dogs for a walk I carry the aformentioned Ruger 9mm. I even take it with me when I go fishing on my pond ~3 acres, for the occasional snake. If I find signs or hear of any hogs or other types of mean, nasty, and destructive creatures in my area, I will switch to carrying my 44magnum and/or a short-barreled 12 gauge shotgun. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" /> Tom
