A couple knives I've been curious about for a long time. The Survive GSO 4.1 and TM Hunt Magua.

I've used the Survive a bit and am impressed with it. Seems like a great all around 4" blade. The Magua is a real cool small blade that strikes me as very capable.

It's strange, but I feel like I am at some knife saturation point. I've wanted to eyeball these but know my core group of Howling Rat, Weiner Dog, Koyote LBK and Winkler Belt Knife really have all my needs met. I already know I'll let the GSO go and have even been wondering about my Rat Hunter. While it's very cool to have a part of Swamp history, I haven't even used it which kills me! Guess I'm tired of waiting for the newest and bestest and should just use what I have....if any of that makes sense...

Lookin good RN. Guy makes an S7 version of the 4.1 I have been wanting to try, glad you like yours.

Desire yes...will buy, not so sure. I look at the specs of the 7/7 and Esee 6 and think I should just bag the Esee. But don't get me wrong, I'm really impressed with the 4.1 and see the appeal. With my other three in that range, I just don't have the need.

Figure I've said it before, but my Koyote is just the most impressive woods knife I've used. My Howler is a great all around blade and basically bomb proof. The Winkler is a tactical/utility beast.

The GSO should go in place of 500 rounds of 7.62x39! smile

I've been eyeing these I really like the hollow ground and parkerized finish. Those are nice AFF
