I think Lazi is a CZ fan.

CZ is a historically well thought of manufacturer of firearms. The WW2 German military was the most technologically advanced in many regards, and were keen to "acquire" CZ's manufacturing capabilities.

I've owned many CZ firearms and with the exception of the CZ27 (32Acp handgun that broke two safeties and rusted if I looked at it) I had in grade school they have all been interesting if not exceptional arms.

ETA: I wasn't particularly fond of the CZ52 either.

I am seriously becoming a CZ fan.

While I only own one CZ firearm the more I handle them and check them out online the more I think they are a solid brand to stick with. The prices aren't extremely high and while they aren't cheap I think you get a quality firearm for your money.

I like a DA/SA pistol and I just like to see a hammer and a safety on my handguns for some reason. I was leaning towards FNH firearms for a long time but they made a few more changes to their line up than I care for. I also think I'd rather have metal and wood for my "go to" firearms. CZ seems to be the one company that offers most of my current preferences across their product line.

I've never fired a CZ, and I've only ever handled one. It was a 75 and I was very impressed by the feel and build quality. I can see why they have such a strong following.

Really? I can't imagine the 1911 would be anywhere near as loud as your Howdah.
