Afternoon all. Has anyone tried contacting the yard? I know they must be crazy busy with production of the new blade going on but I've sent a couple emails and two requests to reset my password for the store and haven't heard back from them. I just want to make sure I get in on the new offering and I need instructions for using paypal. If anyone has used PayPal to order please contact me with some instructions.

Cazio, I've had the same problem with Busse Combat. I placed my order for the BGASH1 over the phone and nothing since, not even the verification dollar "Ding". I did send a follow up email a couple days ago but as of yet, no response. I'm not to worried and fully believe that it has or will be taken care of.

I would guess that with the 1095>52100 change they are getting crushed with orders. I think a phone call would be your best bet.

Yeah I called in my BGASH order for 2 and talked to Lexi. I also updated my card info with them but haven't heard anything since then. That was early August if I remember right...

Thanks all and especially you Dan, Renee contacted me this morning. I figured you were crushed with orders, so I ordered with my CC as a guest and put a message in the comments section. The customer service is and always has been the best.

What is the best way to contact the Yard? I have a import permit (Denmark probably have the most strict knifelaw in the world), that I would like to be shipped together with my Trash1 So I don't risk it's getting confiscated by customs! Is that possible and can I e-mail it? Thanks for the help

akalias, I would recommend sending an e-mail to Renee with all the particulars and the legality of how to take advantage of your permit. As we have other members here from Denmark the Yard may already be familiar with this.
