Nothing more than a VERY strategic DogFather...  You're kidding, right. I mean the Dog Father only has a 10.5 inch blade. I was thinking the 1311 or the MOAB.  Sure wish they would get all the extra emoji's fixed.

I have found out that IF I concentrate on keeping my Carbohydrates down to around 30 percent or so I do real good. 40 percent sorta maintain or a gradual gain. Of course your mileage may vary.

Just watch your carbs (try replacing them with fats, no really) and paying attention to your portion size. For ME the CARBS are actually more important than the portion size (just don't go to far overboard).
Oh and I have started walking a minimum of 30 minutes a day on the treadmill. I am using the 5 to 6 percent grade feature and 2.5 to 3 MPH. Today at the end I shifted up to 3.5 mph for about two minutes with a 4 percent grade. The amount of grade makes a big difference for me. Yeah yeah I know, 30 minutes, big woop. BUT I just started on Tuesday.
