I don’t know about the present but some time ago when I was at Ft. Dix, my friends and I would often go to next door McQuire AFB for chow. They had much better chow than we did.

YUP! When I was sent to Homestead after Andrew hit, the Commanding ARMY General ordered them to no longer utilize our chow “tents”. We got a hot breakfast and Supper. The Army would come in droves to our facilities.

Yes indeed, the Chair Force eats and lives well. Funny you say that. My father told us that if we went into the service it should be the Navy or Air Force because of the food...He was WWII so his info still rides true Dan
