I had another dollar hit in my CC, so I am assuming (yeah I know) it’s for the TNT. Yeah, I went the bare asset version. AND I have already preordered a canvas mutant piece of plastic from David.

PERSONALLY, I wouldn’t go with an open spine on a straight blade. If the strap is around the blade and the handle retention failed, the blade could very easily come out. Now in something like the Chophouse, where the blade itself has a “hump”, it would need to get past that as well. Just my cent and a quarter (adjusted for inflation don’t ya know)

Ha! I'm afraid it will be another year before I can afford pants for my dog...probably more like two. I'll have to get out of the doghouse first
I ordered a smoker for Father's Day. It wouldn't have been bad, but it cost $450 shipped. "But" says I "I talked them down $100! Think of the money I saved us!"
That argument never seems to work...
Not even when she told me I HAD to buy myself a smoker so I could cook the dinner we're responsible for providing for her family's reunion next week.
If I get my AR9 pistol sold b that I just finished building for myself I'll be able to say the TNT was the birthday present she forgot to get me. If not, I don't know how to explain the sword AND the big pile of gun parts I ordered. Midway has crazy discounts for your birthday if you're registered on their site...which may have started me down the path building the AR9 pistol in the first place....
Does it matter that I was able to get the parts to finish the Grendel builds for my two daughters? Nope (well, OBVIOUSLY I had to get some parts to finish a build I'm working on for myself while I was at it...and bullets to load for my daughter's and my Grendels and the 6.5CMs). My wife buys that "think of the money I saved us" argument even less when it comes to guns and ammo... She'll be thanking me when the zombies start riding though!!!!!
In the woods of Ricky Ricardo: " [I'm gonna] have some 'splainin' to do!"
Life is hard for squirrels who are attracted to shiny objects....I mean, my brain is the size of a macadamia nut for Pete's sake! Is it any wonder I have no self control or attent.... Hey, what's that over there???!!!

I agree with both. Me personally I would go fully enclosed unless you are carrying strong side and want to draw that way then exposed spine will let you draw better. But Saber/cross Draw is the way to go, it has worked for over a 1000 years
Oh yes, a nice kydex will be a must! Still undecided how i will carry it though and im in the same boat DT so at least ill have a bit of time to figure it out lol! HEY IS THAT A SHINY CHALLENGE COIN I SEE
I was dinged another $1 on the 16th as well. I'm wondering if we'll be charged the full balance before the end of the month...I went Raw Dog because by the time I heard about it, that was the only thing left to get and I didn't want to miss out, lol. I might look to see if I can trade it for a coated version later, I'll need to get it in my hands before I decided though.
