In Indiana, state law is pretty open, but every community may have their own local knife ordinances, so it's best to just not draw attention to yourself.

But I get the feeling that the much bigger reason there is an encouragement to carry concealed rather than open weapons is to reduce discomfort on the part of those who prefer to go unarmed. Which is absurd. Other people's opinions of your beliefs ought to be completely irrelevant to how you carry out those beliefs, provided you do not trample their basic rights.
As I said. Humans confuse me.
You think you had it bad? Try CT, where open carry is legal, but if you do (even with permit) YOU WILL end up in jail. local police/officals are above the law.

the crazy thing is I've been familiar with SHTF far longer than busse knives, but with the "Busse SH" its like I was reading it in the wrong language

I OC in Utah, some people ask me if I'm a cop, some people ask me why I need a gun. I never been questioned by LEO yet. We sometimes meet as a group at a resturant, we get strange looks, but no problems yet.

I've never heard of anybody ordering a blade from Jerry. I guess they still do that, or do they just make unique custom knives to their own specs and sell them after the fact?
