ive heard better things about the sharpmaker than the lansky system. i own a lansky pro system...i dont like it. i think mouse and sandpaper is the way to go. or some good stones! giving my cgfbm a mirror finish is still a work in progress. what sort of flowers? I have a sharpmaker but rarely use since I went with the mousepad-sandpaper method. Sandpaper on strop will work good too.
