High heels look painful. I don't get the make-up thing either.
I mean, I get it, but I don't get it.

I'd definitely be interested in your thoughts, Evo <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I am not sure that art and science are meant to unify in some human-prescribed fashion, is my point.

Make-up is yucky. I like people the way nature made them.

You people have all the answers, and have them captured in photos that are readily accessible. It's really fantastic!

What really gets me is how it is almost impossible for me to capture what I am seeing and enjoying at the moment. Don't get me wrong, I can get a beautiful pic out of the moment but it still doesn't capture what my mind is receiving through the eyes. Is it that technology can never get to that level? It just seems to big of a vision sometimes. Evo's pics do seem to reveal what I try to capture much better than most. Authenticity.

Alright MC! Thanks for the visual!

It's a matter of learning how to translate your perceptions into the way cameras show things, and a matter of translating your thoughts into artistic expression.

Both can be learned.

i dunno: Maybe with most pictures it's the loss of the other senses once it is reduced to 2 dimensions? All of you awesome photographers have an ability to preserve through your skills and keen perception some of the fuller senses of that moment that was captured.
