By the way, Dan, what blade steel did you use for the YKCG, SR77 or "numbers and letters"? Good catch...it is SR77. Dan I must get one now. It will fit my new rainwaker leather horizontal sheath, and I like SR77 a bunch.
Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

This will be about as perfect an all-around hunting/outdoor knife as you'll ever find fellas. from the factory at least. convexed d-mutt is still a scrapper, though.

Wait, how are we going to pay for the hat/shirt? If we do Paypal the price is gonna be generated by your order page and we'd have to do another payment of $5. I think the credit card would work the same way.
Ideas?

How about a line item we can add to the cart that is $5, but only dogs know what it is? Then we can add the specifics in the comment box. Then the correct amount will feed to Paypal, etc.

I hope you made a lot of them, Dan. The YKCG could become a runaway best seller. And I also suspect it will put a dent in HR Gen 1 and Gen 2 values. But that's life in the fast lane!
Well done.
I'm still glad I got a HR. This design in all of its variations by Swamp Rat and Scrap Yard is very useful and compact. Nine inches of hunter, hiker, camper, survival, and utility knife for a fair price in the toughest steel you can buy! I love the howlers and keepers.
Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

I was really hoping for another run of the SS4 design, but this looks to be a very functional and utilitarian blade.
I'll definitely be trying to get in on the order; for myself and a gift to my father.

Thanks.

Having used the LE model and the HR, I am very impressed with this simple design. I like them better than similar sized knives costing much more. This knife will be very light and easy to carry, but still strong enough for extreme use. Being thinner than the YKLE, it will be easier to hand sharpen. This will be a real slicer, with the flat grind. A great knife for campouts and picnics.
Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.
