Just downed another quart of water. I think my bladder's capacity is somewhere in the neighborhood of 1.5 gallons nowadays.

Got some Lagavulin for xmas - yum yummy... also been savoring an odd Malt called Croftengea. Distilled at Loch Lomond, it's distinctly a highland, but it's heavily peated -- like REALLY heavily peated. Interesting, in the same way that Longrow is interesting being a phenolic Campbeltown... I'm not sure i'd put Croftengea in the same class as Longrow, though -- you be the judge!

How can you mix that lovely stuff with anything but, well, um, air?

My experience with smaller batch bourbons has been limitied thus far to Knob Creek (what I'm drinking now) and Woodford Reserve.
