Just downed another quart of water. I think my bladder's capacity is somewhere in the neighborhood of 1.5 gallons nowadays.

Got some Lagavulin for xmas - yum yummy... also been savoring an odd Malt called Croftengea. Distilled at Loch Lomond, it's distinctly a highland, but it's heavily peated -- like REALLY heavily peated. Interesting, in the same way that Longrow is interesting being a phenolic Campbeltown... I'm not sure i'd put Croftengea in the same class as Longrow, though -- you be the judge!

My experience with smaller batch bourbons has been limitied thus far to Knob Creek (what I'm drinking now) and Woodford Reserve. Buffalo Trace seems to be held in high regards around here, and y'all seem like a trustworthy bunch when it comes to proper boozin', so I believe I will seek out a bottle of that stuff and see if I can choke it down.
