I usually carry a Sebenza but thought I would try something different. This is the El Patron from Calavera Cutlery. It's blade is made from SM100. ![[Linked Image from i921.photobucket.com]](http://i921.photobucket.com/albums/ad54/alaskaneagle/20121202_CalaveraElPatron_1_web.jpg)

i bought a limted run, high priced case "lannys clip" that i waited 4 months for & had to return..............if you notice ...the scale is pulling away from the liner & the blade is not centered......i would expect it would be on a $300 knife.. ![[Linked Image from i4.photobucket.com]](http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y146/TUCKERGUN/CASE/015_zpsb744b61f.jpg)

That stinks Vance I would expect better from a company associated with Zippo.

Ouch! Is that Ebony (or other dense wood)? Ebony is rarely stabilized because of the inherent density of the wood and natural oils present; warping usually doesn't happen though. I hope they take care of it. On the centering, is it a slip joint that is pinned or riveted together or does it use screws? If it uses screws, the centering may be workable. I hope they make it right for you. Edit: Oh, I didn't read that it was a Case, pinned.
