I want a big boy, a dog father would be great. Like Chickenplucker, I have plenty in the 3.5 to 4.5 inch range. I also have a Yard Hook (7 inches, right?) and a nice old school Newt Livesay Woo (necker) that serves my purposes. I have way too many folders.
What I need is a big boy chopper. Like Tyger75 said, a Kukri or Bolo would be great also.

That being said, I'll gladly take whatever comes out.

I also went with other. I want something over 10". We're still talking about knives right? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> I voted other, I'd like something akin to a Becker 7 or 9 in stainless.

I'm starting to get to the point where I am not being thrilled by new acquisitions. I'm still collecting, and as commodities that I expect to appreciate over time, they're good. However, I've been missing the spark that differentiates an exercise from an adventure. I'd still like to see a true, basket or bell guard cutlass, but knowing that's not going to happen, I'd like to see a big khukri or bolo -- something totally different to shock me from my malaise.

A four, or five inch tanto to serve as a sharpened prybar with hand shaped ResC. Gotta find a fixed blade replacement for my DD SMF tanto. | | |

I just quit worrying about it some time ago. Busse usually has knives for sale. The Swamp and Scrap Yard are obviously not a high priority at Wauseon. There is no point in hanging around "wishing". I have the one Scrapper I really wanted anyway, the DFLE. There are others who can fill the void left by SYKCO and SRKW and are doing so now. You can't blame Busse for making the more expensive models since they all sell out anyway. Why make a knife that sells for $100 or $200 when you can make one that sells for $300?
Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.
