Nice pics. Good things about rattlers is they at least give you warning. I would rather be around them than a cotton mouth. If I had my "conservation" head on....those are pic's of nature's harmony....if I had my "hunter gatherer" head on....those are pic's of some nice future sheath inlays and some good eating done in a true Chinese Seshuaan Sauce and Vermacelli Singapore Noodles...a hard choice!!! +1, but I am hungry right now, so I am leaning more toward the hunter gatherer...

Oh and to answer the original question of which scrapper? I would not be near enough to them to use a knife until the shotgun had been used....
