I'd prefer if Dan produced a Scrapper 6 or a SODF, honestly, as I'm not sure what practical use I'd have for a blade that big, but I'd probably still buy one... just to have a blade that big. Preferably the LE.
What should such fellows as I do, crawling between earth and heaven?

We now have 55 forum members buying at least 84 DFs (I am adding one to the total because I have convinced myself that I would buy 3). I think it is pretty interesting that the average number of blades per person has held very steady at 1.5:1 throughout this poll thus far. I really hope that this gets noticed!

56 forum members buying 86 DF knives, if they were produced. I didn't set an end date for the poll, but I think after tonight, we can call it complete. So, get your vote in if you have any interest and intent!

I'm in for 3 but only if they're SR-77 or INFI. Anything else and I pass.

The whole debate between 77 and 101 just fascinates me. It seems to creep into so many threads around here for some reason. I suspect that the actual differences are quite subtle, and that each material has its merits depending upon the application. There is something similar going on in the Spyderco threads regarding their new rust-free material, H1, and their standard VG10/S30V steels. Neither side in the debate can win this one.

Well, I think we can call the poll closed after a week. Looks like 59 of us forum members intend to purchase at least 90 DFs if Dan will build 'em soon. Thank you all for voting up or down. I hope that SYKCO takes notice and considers it!

I'd take a regular, but it would be nice to see something even thicker and longer than normal. Maybe that would be pushing the limits of practicality, but apparently people do use their 12" three pound Khukris, a DFXL just might fit the bill.
