A Les Baer? yeah a buddy of mine has one. They are very tightly fitted guns. I don't have any other 1911 to compare it to other than my Colt Commander XSE but, it shoot a bit better but then again my Colt out shoots me so I wouldn't know. To me the Les Baer is more than "just" a gun. It is an art, the finish, trigger, sights, barrel, slide, extractor, beavertail, everything is just perfect. It is what made me believe that tightly fitted guns can be just as reliability.
Will I get one? probably not...They are like 3 times the cost of a Colt, and Colts are expensive to begin with.
