Actually, once you get used to the paper clip and upside down reassembly it's not to bad. That said most people don't actually take it apart to clean. I haven't taken mine apart in around 10 years and all is well.

home defense is not a critical factor. i just want a fun, cool handgun and if i thought i could handle the .454 ruger alaskan as my first gun, i'd go straight to that.

Geeze, my sister has the worst luck with animals. She just had to amputate her rotties front leg due to bone cancer. Her bulldog is missing an eye. I really feel bad for her.

Apparently he started hemorrhaging when they brought him home. Since I've had my own medical emergencies the last week or so, I was unaware of any of this.
