Well it's been kinda slow again, so I guess that I will sign off for now. I'll be back again tonight to give the final stats for 2009 and to begin 2010.

Has anyone ever ordered ammo from ammoman.com? The prices look really good, but the site is kinda cheesy. With the new CA rules coming next year I want to stock up a bit.

I have used AmmoMan with no problems however I have often found their prices to be on the high side, even with the shipping included.
I like AIMSurplus and Wideners for most of my ammo needs.

Well I got my black on black NMSFNO and black Skeleton Key in the mail yesterday. Got to say I like both but not too sure on the Skeleton Key as I like the Skeleton Game Warden better.

Man, I really need to pick up a down 0 degree bag... I just packed up for an overnighter tonight, and my synthetic 0 degree sleeping bag is the heaviest piece of gear in my pack, by a large margin.
I usually bring a 15 degree bag that's a lot lighter, but we're gonna be on the top of Springer Mountain, with some serious wind, and I have no real idea how cold it's gonna be up there. Plus I'm sick, so I'd rather play it safe on the insulation front. Still, this synthetic bag SUCKS!
I think you'll really enjoy that NMSFNO, sumo... I know I dug that blade a LOT.
