It is easy to do if you don't pay attention during reloading. Putting in twice the amount of powder is normally the cause. I have done the opposite and loaded up without powder in round.
The bullet stuck in the barrel of the my brand new Kimber when I was at the Seattle Police Range (it is an athletic association so they allow civvy members).
Thankfully I heard it and didn't put another round down the barrel after the first - that would have caused a lot of pain.
The guys in the range office hammered the stuck bullet out for me. So its something that can be avoided if you are careful?

I always hate the idea of getting another car. Even if it was a newer, nicer car I'd just don't like having to decide. If I'm luck my car will hold up for another year or two before I even consider buying anything else. Yeah, I'm not looking forward to shopping around for a car, but I can probally cut my payments in half

Most of the dealers have internet departments that will give you a price without having to go in. If you know the model you want and aren't too worried about color you can shop around from your desk really easily.

I'm debating selling my DE.
SAd, and I know I will probably take a several-hundred dollar loss, but I just don't use it.
It is a blast, but ammo is nuts, and it is way to big for me to ever actually carry.
Well, maybe in the winter with a shoulder rig, and a coat.
Enjoy every sandwich.

Blow ups are rare but they happen. Pistols are usually from double loads or a fresh round after a squib load. Rifles tend to be a hot load or an obstructed barrell.

P-Easy, what caliber is your DE? Is it a lot heavier/bigger than the comparable revolver?
