Bors - I've noticed that before - I actually asked my Sergeant about it at the old PD that I used to do reserve work for - I noticed that my top 2 rounds in my magazine had little wrinkles in the casings from repeat chambering. He told me that he never takes his out of the chamber and doesn't have to worry about it - so I've tried to take mine out less frequently - I always keep one loaded in my bedside pistol safe anyways... Great info though - I'm going to take a few rounds out of my magazines as a result of your post.

Did you look into the S&W 460. It takes nor only the 460 but the 454 and 45 long colt too. I will be getting one in there survival kit soon.
