Man, I didn't know about this... That's gotta be some stressful days. Glad to hear things are looking up.

I'm glad prayer does work...and hopefully things can get back to normal?? for you all. Check out the book "Eating right for your blood type". There is anew holistic compound on the market which stabilizes sugars in your system. It works for my type2 grandmother. God Bless your family and continued business.

Thats great news Dan! Type 1 diabetes seems like alot at first but after some time it becomes alot eaiser to control. I was diagnosed with Type 1 less then 2 years ago I was 23 at the time and it dosent run in my family and I was in good shape im 6'2 180Lbs. But all in all im happy to be alive considering I was in a coma on life support for a week. Honestly it's not as bad as everyone put's it out to be I can do the same things I did before I was diagnosed (besides binge drinking <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />).. the only limits you have are the ones you make for yourself. Im sure your daughter will live a long and fulfilling life and I wish her and your family the best of luck.

When this was first happening I told Patty how lucky you guys were for insulin. Before they developed that, a diagnosis of diabetes was a death sentence.

Controlling the disease is still not a walk in the park. I’m glad you have a better handle on it.

This is great news Dan. I hope the new treatment plan will enable good health for your daughter and a less stressful life for your whole family. Good thoughts and prayers from here will continue!
