thin is not good for a heavy duty use knife; if you want a thin blade, carry two knives.

I'll have to stick with Paul the Brit' to avoid confusion but I could sure find a use for a loaded P99 and a licence to kill!

That's exactly what i like to do. I like thin knives (no, really!) they just have a limit to how hard they can be used. I prefer knives without such a limit..... oooooooh yeeeeah... like 5/16" SR77 bowies.....come get some.... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/loopy.gif" alt="" />

5/16 sr77 bowies would be VERY nice, so would INFI S9s! Dog knives are 'the mutts nuts' (that's the politer version!) as we say over here of such great kit!

they make well built wonderfully thin chef knifes now a days.
