Not for me! At $300 I'll spent my money at the Yard or the Swamp.

No matter where you go.....There you are.

I like the idea of a fixed blade EDC... wore one for years when I worked in the field... but now that I work in a government office job... its all I can do with my EDC folding knife... but I always have 2-3 folders on my person...well, except in the courthouse...

This is exactly my problem. Living so close to DC and working in DC affords me no oppurtunity to carry a nice fixed blade. Concealed carry of any fixed blade is illegal for MD, DC, and VA. Open carry is so uncommon as to make one stand out.

All ABS line looks so good, but $300 for something to hold while at home...that's what my scrapizashi is for. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

Knob Creek is only about three weeks away, so I'll wait to see what the crew brings to town. I'm not wanting to sell off my collection or anything, but I feel like I've hit a threshold where there's not much that's "better" than knives I already own. I'll attend the Fall sale, and I'll probably end up spending more than I expect to (about double is the norm), but my excitement over new steel is definitely waning.
