I got this little pouch
here and am amazed at the amount of gear I can fit into it.
I had to take my poormans dangler off & make a new drop leg belt loop, because it flopped around too much with the pouch on.
Now it rides nice,& will give me piece of mind when stomping around my woods when I don't want to carry a backpack on the hot summer days.
I can easly take it off to throw into a pack if I want/need to carry more gear or clothing. The 2 back straps have heavy snaps making it easy to get on & off.
I moved the warden to the back to accommodate the pouch,I can still get to it just fine don't worry.
There's 3 main pockets for gear.The rear zippered pocket holds my KEL-TEK P32,a firstaid kit & 2- 1gal.+1-1qt.ziplok bags.
The front zippered pocket on the flap holds a spare mag for the P32 & a swisstec tool.I threw in the swisstec to have some pliers.I'll probably ditch it & the SAK for a multitool soon.
I want something lighter than my Wave & the swisstec is redundant in the screw driver department with the SAK in the other pocket.
The front bellows pocket holds my A.T. fire kit,a Maratac AAA,spare battery,SAK,100&400grit sandpaper, emergency blanket, water purification tabs & some paracord. It has a bungee cord going across with a cord lock to sinch up & it really holds the contents in tight.
The contents of the tin..fatwood,rubber strips/bands,magnesium firestarter,misch metal rod,classic sak,a small med.diamond hone & some waxed paper.
This is a nice rugged, well made little pouch & I'm going to get another to kit up & keep in my truck.
