OP sportsnut Junk Yard Dog Joined: Aug 2009 Posts: 1,221 Oregon	17lb Rib Eye slab. Cut 5 steaks off of it for later and gonna put the rest on the smoker today around noon. Here are a couple pictures of the cutting. The 711 sliced like it was going through soft butter. I'll post more later when she goes on the smoker. Time to eat. Have the roast sitting under tin foil tent right now. Plan on carving it up in about an hour. Some pre smoke pics. JYD #119 Just because you're right doesn't mean I'm wrong.
