OP sportsnut Junk Yard Dog Joined: Aug 2009 Posts: 1,221 Oregon	17lb Rib Eye slab. Cut 5 steaks off of it for later and gonna put the rest on the smoker today around noon. Here are a couple pictures of the cutting. The 711 sliced like it was going through soft butter. I'll post more later when she goes on the smoker. Time to eat.
