I myself studies tae kwon do was up to green belt but quit. I have always been very shy sand I felt like a tool standing there doing katas with everyone watching

I have studied Muay Thai, jiu Jiysu and wrestling. I am currently working on MCMAP (Marine Corps Mixed martial Arts Program). It is a good mix.

That sounds like a nice program.

I myself had a few buddies on the wrestling team and I learned so much beiong their test dummy. I got to the point where i could wrestle 3 guys at once and win most times. I was a natural at it was kinda wierd. I regret not following up on it.

It was almost like i knew what people I was wrestling were gonna do and countered it as they tried. Used to piss my friends off. They begged me to join the wrestling team but again i was to shy . Lotta stuff I missed out on because i am by nature painfully shy.

Still to this day I feel self conscious walking across a dance floor in a bar or walking where there are alot of people standing.
