I have my ghetto press. An old sleeping/camp mat 2 12x12 boards and some c-clamps.  I drill the holes and rivet them after I have bent it. Then sand away.

Thanks good idea.  I accidently turned it up side down with bare feet. It missed but I still felt it in my stomach.

I have one where if I turn it upside down the knife will fall out.  You can use a blow dryer to tighten it up I believe.  If you have a hot blow dryer or a heat gun you can heat the kydex to the point where it is malleable then you need to press it until it cools. I used a couple layers of cardboard between plywood with some clamps to press down on the whole affair, knife in sheath, until it cools.
