Well if I get one I have no clue what I will do with it. I dont need any more knives at all. I dont like safe queens, but for some reason I just really want a TGLB maybe its the Walking Dead. The 7 inch knives kind of fall in a weird spot for me. I use a 4-5 inch knife for a general purpose EDC or camping knife. I prefer a 9+ for chopping. So what do you do with a 7 inch knife? Of course I really want a Randall Made 1-7 too Six or seven is kind of the sweet spot for me if I only have one knife with me when in the field. Big enough to turn over rocks, cut stuff out of the way, small enough to slice if I have to, and do whatever. Jack of all trades, but master of none. I'm with you on this. My S6 is my choice for a one-knife option. I can choke down and chop some if necessary, or I can choke up and get some finer stuff done. That, and I know the thing will NEVER break.

They are not that bad for me, but they do have a hump that the SARGE does not. That may also be a "feel" thing. Interestingly, the upper guard does not bother me, and I expected it would.

I don't have large hands either, but I find TGLB quite comfortable in use. The profiling of the slabs is great!

I have a real crazy idea forming in my head Once the 1311 arrives,I am going to see what it would look like with a more bowie like profile If I like what I see I may take it to a place that does waterjet cutting
