Oh and I guess he called E911 so many times they finally told him they don't do dogs and to not call back. Then they gave him our direct number.

They're not gonna help him find his dog either.
Come to find out, he (he's blind) and a buddy had been drinking and ran off into a ditch. They flag down an off duty trooper and ask them (they are in a jeep patriot) to pull their caddi out of the ditch. It ain't gonna happen. The trooper says he'll call a tow truck. He calls troop E headquarters and when a trooper gets there, no one around. Trooper says not blocking the road, no one around I'm outta here.
Now the guy can't find his dog. And the cops won't help.
