So, as a newbie here, I guess Blade means a new introduction of SYKCO knives. Do they show up on the website at the same time as the show, or shortly afterwards?
I see a lot of folks are hoping for something special. How long are the Blade knives generally available?

Well, in 2011 the '11 series was presented, and we are still waiting for the release of the 611, so it takes a while before the Blades presented at Blade are released.
Last year Dan came up with the SYKCO Dagger, which is still in the shop.
He also presented the Elmax knives, which were only available for preorder at Blade. Those never made the orderpage. The Elmax knives have also been sold at Knobcreek.
Having only one pancake, leaves more room for bacon!

According to Dan, the entire '11 series is a definate, so it should come out at some time...
If you haven't seen pics of the 611, I can tell you it is a pretty cool knife.
6" with a Regulator handle. More of a fighting style knife than the rest.

Should I?...ok...I'll spill a few not so secret beans...lol There are items only available at the shows. Never know what or which / how many of the 3 Bussekin brands will be offered, but it's always worth the journey. Some never reach the order pages.

Well it looks like even the best plans can go awry. Due to health reasons I can't make Blade this year. I've been planning this since last summer but I think taking care of my Mother far outweighs Blade. I'm keeping my hotel reservation until the last minute in case things change but if they don't is there anyone that could proxy for me?
