Wait till ya see the Cherokee Rose pics. That is if I can ever get it from the post office. I've got a neat shoot planned for it.

Ted that is an awesome sheath and a perfect match to the samurai cowboy theme of the AK47. One advantage to the Wak is AK47 owners would want one so they could have a Busse diasho. I would like a little more curve and a resc handle.
Res C would make the best handle for a wakazashi or Katana.

The Battle Rat, Howling Rat and Mudder handles won't work on a sword.

If a new handle mold is going to be made, I vote for ridges like a mudder without any palm swells.

I think a two hand grip is critical. With a Resiprene-C handle they need to add weight to the tang for ballance. An exposed Pommel would be nice. A steel bolt on pommel cap/weight might be better.

A fuller in the blade would look very cool and help with ballance.

Arf arf arf... That's my other dog impression.

Res C with exposed tang and mudder gripps carved to look like cordwrapped.
The WW2 NCO's swords from japan had metal handles with a similar wrapped look.

Or how about a Roman Gladius, like this:

Not too long but still could be a powerful sword, let alone it could give us some uniqueness.

Did you see the late DOTD today. It's another Cherokee Rose.

I love my AK-47 and sheath and would still probably buy a scrapyard sword.

That’s a beautiful rig. Great combo.

How about it Dan? Give us a great, affordable sword! And since I was the first (I believe) to suggest it, I should get the first one.
